My first trip outside of the United States kicked off my journey with photography. Armed with an iPhone and an open mind, I made it my goal to take photos with more purpose, to capture the world as I saw and experienced it. While I can't say that I shot a magazine worthy spread of photos, I came away with a few dozen shots that showed a window into new and strange parts of the world that was uniquely mine.

Since that trip in 2016, I've focused on shooting a greater variety of subjects, challenging myself to capture vibrant and visceral images, along with exploring all of the possibilities that shooting on modern camera platforms offer.

I love spending time outside, whether it's running, at the beach, or traveling, especially when I have the opportunity to capture moments with friends along the way.
